Samuel Schwartz, a member of the Concierge Denise team, is a commissioned Maine Notary Public. Sam performs document-related notary services as a public service at the Cundy’s Harbor Public Library during library hours (see the library’s website for current opening times). At other times, Sam can serve you at our place of business in Cundy’s Harbor for a nominal fee per document, or at another location convenient to you with an additional charge for miles travelled.

If you are planning a civil wedding in Maine, Sam will be happy to help you develop your ceremony, and to officiate at the location of your choice (a mileage fee will be added for weddings officiated in towns beyond Harpswell). Please contact us for more information.
